Former Super Eagles striker and Bolton Wanderer forward, J. J. Okocha has offered his Akute property for sale. This comes shortly after he sold his popular nightclub, Club 10 to Marvin Record`s boss, Don Jazzy. While the price for Club 10 is hard to come by, that of the Akute house is a meager N17m. yet the most troubling thing about his desire to sell off his Akute property is the fact that he had collected rents from his tenants before putting the house in the market. Meanwhile industry watchers are getting worried about the present market tendency of the once believed to be so rich football icon. It is making many to ask if Okocha is bankrupt.
