Justin Bieber Charged For battery

Justin has been accused of battery and is being investigated by the police. Copyright [Wenn]The 19-year-old singer has recently returned to America following his troubled European tour where he has been accused by his neighbour of turning violent after a verbal altercation.

According to TMZ Bieber got into a physical altercation with a male neighbour at 9am Tuesday morning.

However, sources from Bieber’s camp have strongly denied the allegations.

A source told The Mirror: "The neighbour came onto Justin's property to complain to him, supposedly about parties while Justin was away and possibly other issues.

 “They exchanged words and Justin went inside. Security spoke with the neighbour. The police were called but there was no physical altercation."

A report has been filed with the police with the L.A. County Sheriff's department.

Steve Whitmore, spokesperson for the department, revealed that the accuser told deputies that Justin threatened him and made physical contact with him, and has subsequently filed a battery report.

Before heading back to California, Justin had been spotted going through security at a Polish airport topless, wearing just a pair of jeans despite the freezing -10C temperatures.

And this is not the first time that Justin has been linked to bizarre behaviour.

During his tumultuous time in the UK, Justin lashed out at a photographer as he made his way to his car on leaving his London hotel.

Re-emerging from his car, Justin launched himself at the photographer shouting: "I'll f**king beat the f**k out of you."
It seems that things are continuing to go from bad to worse for the Justin.
